This medicine is a muscarinic receptor agonist.

This medicine is to be swallowed whole with a glss of water; and it may be taken with or without food. Consult your health care professional on dosages and take exactly as directed.

If you notice any of the symptoms listed below or any other symptoms which seem severe/persistent contact your doctor immediately.

Dry eyes/mouth
Severe dizziness
Difficulty whilst urinating
Upset stomach/Constipation
Blurred vision/Difficulty focusing
Confusion /Drowsiness/Mild dizziness

Inform your doctor about any other medication you may be taking in any other form.

In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :

Kidney/Liver disease
Narrow angle glaucoma
Difficulty whilst urinating
Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy
Intestinal obstruction/ Pyloric Stenosis/Reflux, or other problems related to emptying stomach contents

Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.

It is used to control a case of an overactive bladder, wherein it causes the bladder muscles to relax thereby eliminating the urge to urinate frquently and/or controlling uncontrolled urination.

Store at room temperature between 25 degrees C (77 degrees F), away from heat and moisture.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive.

If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.

If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.

As this medicine causes dry eyes/blurry vision, if you wear contact lenses contact your ophthalmologist for lubricating drops or if the irritation is causing discomfort.

Avoid exposure to extreme heat.
