    Is eBillme the same as WU Pay?
Yes. EBillme is the same as WU Pay. WesternUnion has acquired the eBillme payment option to improve its services. EBillme has been renamed as WU Pay with most of the conditions remaining same as earlier. For more details please check WU Pay customer service.

    What is eBillme / WU Pay?
EBillme / WU Pay is a facility for our customer that allows them to make payments online. You can purchase the medicines with us. If you select eBillme/ WU Pay as the payment option, you can either use online bill pay or else visit a Western Union Agent physical location to make cash payment.
After you select eBillme / WU Pay, you will receive an email containing your bill. You can use any of the over 17,000 online banks to pay your bill online.Alternately you could visit the nearest amongst the 44,000 Western Union Agent situated throughout the US. Please check the information below for the list of banks and the physician locations of WU Agents.

    How do I pay my bill?
After you have completed the purchase process, an electronic invoice confirmation, detailing your account number and the methods through which you can make the payment, will be displayed. A copy of this invoice is emailed to the address provided in the registration process. Once you have received the invoice, there are two simple ways in which the transaction can be completed:
Online Banking / Bill Pay: You will have to login to your bank. Add WU Pay in the list of your payees with the help of information in the bill.Once added as payee, you will not have to repeat the process for the next transaction. Now you can directly pay the bill in the similar way as you would pay your utility bills online.
Walk In Location: You can visit the nearest Western Union Agent location. There are 44,000 such locations spread throughout the US for your convenience. Following is the process through which you can pay the bill at a walk in location:
  • 1. Locate the most convenient Western Union Agent location.
  • 2. Take a printed copy of the WU Pay bill along when going for the payment.
  • 3. You will have to fill up a blue colored Quick Collect® Western Union form. Essential information required includes the bill amount; WU Pay in the biller name; your WU Pay Account Number and the city code.
  • 4. The agent will accept the form and cash (our fees + Quick collect fee) and after processing the payment, will provide a receipt.
  • 5. EBillme / WU Pay will mail the payment confirmation and at the same time notify us about the payment so that we can process the order.
To prevent the fraudulent transactions occurring through submission of your information online, eBillme / WU Pay is offering you cash-based offers. Users can’t use credit card for transacting through Western Union. You don’t need to provide any credit card information. Your payment through eBillme / WU Pay will be similar to your regular online bill pay that you normally do through your bank.

    Where do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill through online banking, or at a Western Union Agent location.
Your bill can be paid at virtually any bank in the United States. WU Pay can be added as a payee at any bank, credit union and bill pay portal that supports online bill pay. Click here to check our Bank list.
This includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo and more. Or - Pay your bill at 44,000 Western Union Agent locations in the US.

    What information do I need to add eBillme / WU Pay as a Payee / Biller? Or How do I add eBillme / WU         Pay as a payee?
Login to your online banking and go to the bill pay section.
Use the search tool to find “WU Pay”. Then click the “add” button to add your account information (from your bill).
Most online banks offer a search, but if for some reason a search option is not available or if you aren’t able to find eBillme / WU Pay using your bank’s search tool, then you can add eBillme / WU Pay as a payee manually with the information in your bill (as shown below).
Note: If you have already setup eBillme as a payee, you do not need to update it, this will automatically connect with WU Pay.

    My bank is not listed. Can I still use eBillme?
You can use eBillme / WU Pay at any financial institution that offers online bill payment as a payment method. The bank list on eBillme / WU Pay website is a sample list of banks, credit unions, and bill pay portals.
If your bank is not listed, just check your bank’s website to see if they offer online bill pay – if they do, you can pay with eBillme / WU Pay at this bank. Just email eBillme / WU Pay at , and they should be able to add your bank to their bank list.

    Will you forward me directly to my online banking account?
No. For security reasons you won’t be redirected to your online banking accounts.
Your bill is similar to any other bill that you would pay online. Simply log in to your bank’s bill pay service and complete your payment.
Depending on your bank, you may be able to select WU Pay from a list, or you may be required to enter the additional information found in the bill. Like other bills, you only have to set-up eBillme / WU Pay as a payee once so the next time paying will be even faster.

    Do I use my credit card to pay my bill?
eBillme / WU Pay is cash-based so you do not have to provide us or eBillme / WU Pay with your credit card number or any other financial information.
Simply select eBillme / WU Pay as a payment option at checkout and you will be emailed a bill with your order details and instructions on how to pay your bill securely with cash from your online bank account.

    When will my payment be processed?
Your payment is processed as quickly as possible to keep your order moving as fast as possible. Payments are typically processed within 24 hours. However, it may take your bank 1 to 3 business days to process your payment and transfer the funds.

eBillme / WU Pay processes payments as quickly as possible to ensure that your online order gets shipped to you as quickly as possible. eBillme / WU Pay processes orders are within 1-2 business days.
