Walk In Location: You can visit the nearest Western Union Agent location. There are 44,000 such locations spread throughout the US for your convenience. Following is the process through which you can pay the bill at a walk in location:
- 1. Locate the most convenient Western Union Agent location.
- 2. Take a printed copy of the WU Pay bill along when going for the payment.
- 3. You will have to fill up a blue colored Quick Collect® Western Union form. Essential information required includes the bill amount; WU Pay in the biller name; your WU Pay Account Number and the city code.
- 4. The agent will accept the form and cash (our fees + Quick collect fee) and after processing the payment, will provide a receipt.
- 5. EBillme / WU Pay will mail the payment confirmation and at the same time notify us about the payment so that we can process the order.
To prevent the fraudulent transactions occurring through submission of your information online, eBillme / WU Pay is offering you cash-based offers. Users cant use credit card for transacting through Western Union. You dont need to provide any credit card information.
