I was very nervous about ordering onlinethe price seemed to good to be true as well as previous customer testimonials! I selected 3 tubes of generic Renova 0.25after I placed my order I recieved confirmation and was still a little nervous about my orderthinking my credit card details would be stolen and the product would be fake. The next dayI went to purchase something in my local supermarket and my card was rejectedI then when to a cashpoint and it said that there was suspicious activity on my account and i would have to call my bank to resolve the issue. When I called they asked me about vertical pharmacy in India which is part of emedoutleti said yes I know that have they stolen my money the lady said that they were just suspicous as to one moment how i was in asda and then next i was in mumbai pharmacy! I asked if they hadhad any fraudulent issue with this company and they said nonever and had they have had issue the would have blocked any activity! I just made my first order and paid about $20 for what was implied to be rapid shipping. No explanation was offered of the two shipping choices. I am in a hurry with a sick cat. So I picked the more expensive one and found out after the fact that I can expect 7-15 day shipping for the high price.
That is not acceptable for $20. I wish I had been given a clear choice. My call to customer service informed me that customer service is open until 4pm Eastern time.
If I had know the shipping times I would have kept shopping.
If I do not get satisfaction tomorrow I will cancel the order.
