I had placed a long order and was pleased until at the very end they tagged on this huge handleing fee of $44.00 dollars. They already wanted $77.00 for shipping to the United States. My whole order cost maybe $20.00 to ship. I just stopped the order. Was not worth it.

Dear Rhonda, we are so sorry that you felt that the Shipping Cost was too high. As we have explained on the website, we charge ONLY $8 Handling Charge for each extra medicine or quantity, after the first one -- this is the minumum amount required to take care of the handling, packing, etc. The cost for Registered mail to the United States is ONLY $15 - but if you select Speed Shipping, the cost will increase, depeneding on what you have ordered. If it is a large order, the Speed Shipping cost will naturally be higher.We do hope that you will decide to order with us again, Sherrie, Customer Service.

I would appreciate it if you would not put the name of the medicine on the outside of the package. Also I would like to take advantage of the discounts but you send emails announcing discounts right after I have received all the products that I need. Could you offer discounts for longer periods of time so that I can take advantage of them when I start to run low on the medicine? Dear Lillian, I am sorry that according to the regulations of the Post Office, we are required to state the INDIAN name of the medicine, on a paper attached to the parcel.As we have stated in the FAQs also, the medications are packaged in unmarked paper envelopes with the customs declaration forms attached including the Indian Brand Names -- Not the USA Brand Names.We will also do our best to offer discounts for a longer peiod.
