➢ One large cup of fruit juice with seltzer that means take 1/4th cup of fruit juice and 3/4th cup of seltzer water.
• Snacks
➢ Anything leftover from lunch.
➢ 1 snack vegetable or fruit
➢ 1 cup of coffee or tea as per your choice.
• Dinner
➢ Green salad with cherry tomatoes.
➢ Steamed vegetables
➢ Low fat vegan dish and
➢ Beer or juice as per your choice.
In vegan diets you can prepare something which is low in fat and can eat it with brown rice. This way you also get to eat rice.
If you strictly follow this diet for one month you will see that you have lost weight miraculously. Even if for any reason you cheat once or twice in the entire month still you will reach your goal.
