• Have the desire to be slim
First of all, to achieve weight loss you should have the desire for it. If you yearn to have a slim and trim body you need to work for it. Decide that you are losing weight not only to look beautiful but also to have a healthy and comfortable body. Once you decide this from the bottom of your heart it will definitely help you to follow other tips. And this is the reason for developing the desire which is essential for weight loss.
• Lifestyle changes

The more active you are; the more chance you have to lose your weight in a short period. Using stairs will also contribute to your weight loss. Try to park your car a little farther so that you can walk up to the office. These small efforts also are counted.
